Probably there is a bug with summer time change handling. Messages posted e.g. at 0:25 before the time change, now appear as 1:25.

Yeah, I can see why there are already a few games not played past the time.

The bot has to be restarted for it to realize that a daylight savings time change has occurred. My guess is that the incorrect times appeared before I restarted the bot. Let me know if you see any other incorrect times.

I think it is still wrong. E.g. the end time of the nikosgr-mysticeye game is 8:28 according to ficsgames.org, but 9:28 according to teamleague.org. Basing on the times of messages in several game fora, which I followed, I suppose that ficsgames.org is the right one.

I think it's correct. Right now here it's 9:45 and the pendings page says so too.

I may have been unclear:
- the times dated after the summer time change have been correct.
- the times dated before the summer time change have been wrong.

Yes this appears to be true, but fortunately it only causes mild confusion, and does not influence any rulings.

I'm not sure the potential of DLS affecting posting times in the game forum has been considered before, but I don't see any reason for it to cause trouble for TD's making rulings, because:

1) When judging if a player missed a scheduled game, TDs use the 'log' command on FICS, and

2) If the contact deadlines are missed, this will show up well before the DLS change, and so TDs should be aware of them.

It isn't ideal that DLS messes up the game forum timecodes, and this may be fixable before the next change in any case.
